I took an empty ice cream bucket and put just a little water at the bottom and put the plants into it with some plastic over the top.  Then I put it under a T8 grow light which is just a normal T8 light that you can get at Home Depot or other big box store.  The light's color temperature is 6500K.

8 Days later they are ready to go into soil.  I'm only putting 2 of these in soil and the other is going into a 5 gallon deep water culture hydroponic bucket that I'll keep outdoors this summer.

As you can see the roots really took off.  Now I have some decent size plants to put right into the garden.
