Day 6 Of My King Oyster Mushroom Grow

This is my King Oyster Mushroom grow that I started 6 days ago.  This is from the mushrooms I bought at Whole Foods last February and I finally got around to adding spawn to a substrate.  This time for the substrate I'd say I used 20% sawdust, 10% coffee, and 70# straw.  I also did them in coffee cans but with the jar I can actually see what's going on.  I'm guessing 14 days from now I'll be harvesting.  I'll take the tyvek off of the top once the jar is fully colonized.
