Wow, just took a quick look at that. Are they all pick up only? What is really bizarre is that a company just sent me an LED grow light to review and it came from City Of Industry, California on the shipping label. I know there's a major hydroponic distributor warehouse there so I'm thinking these are customer returns that likely work. I'll have to look more into this after work. Thanks for the info!

All the merchandise is either some kind of a police impoundment seizure or the like, possibly surplus city property. They generally do ship at your expense. Lots of items are missing vital components...as I said buyer beware!!!
